One of the joys of camping is to sleep in a tent. Tents, however, can sometimes be hard work to set up. Pop up tents were invented to remedy this problem, and campers have seen more and more options come to the market every year.
To avoid buying a pop up tent that takes longer to pitch than a good old regular tent, Which? has released their findings.
They tested 10 tents from popular brands, ranging in price from £25 to over £100.
The fastest pop up tent to set up is the Mountain Warehouse Pop Up Double Skin 3 Man Tent.
Mountain Warehouse Pop Up is closely followed by Coleman FastPitch Galiano 4.

It took from four minutes and thirty five seconds to almost 12 minutes to set up the tents tested.
Lisa said: “For a stress-free camping trip, we’d recommend opting for a Mountain Warehouse Pop Up tent or Coleman FastPitch tent, both of which took less than five minutes to pitch and pack away.”
The testing process took into account the time, but also how easy the tents were to set up.
Which? explained their methodology on their website: “We checked the zips, pockets and vents for anything that could prove problematic when you’re camping.”
