A bar with more than 450 drinks on offer has been named the ‘coolest place to go for drinks in Bristol’ on 2Chill.
Gin & Juice on Park Street has been praised for its freshly-squeezed juices and ‘weird and wonderful’ gin collection.
The bar, which serves juice by day and gin by night, has been awarded five stars on 2Chill, a website where leisure seekers can recommend places to eat, drink, do and chill.

2Chill user Tilly Alexander wrote: “The coolest place to go for a drink in Bristol. I have been for a breakfast juice and a G&T and loved both.
“You can’t book in advance and it’s usually busy, but definitely worth a visit. Good luck choosing a gin because there’s over 400 on the menu!”
On the Gin & Juice menu, you can find juices, smoothie bowls and bagels available by day, and sharing platters, gins and cocktails ideal for nights.
Managing Director at Gin & Juice in Bristol, Steve Barker, told 2Chill: “We are open from early morning till late evening, so you can pop in for a juice or gin at any time.
“The healthy and nutritious daytime menu is inspired by Malibu in California. Of course, at night – those healthy choices go out of the window.”

Whilst you can request a slice of watermelon in your G&T, it seems spun sugar is everyone’s favourite.
“At the moment, our most popular gin is the Pink Candy Floss – it’s pretty impressive!” Steve added.
“If you’re stuck on what to try, choose a staff favourite on the menu or ask a member of the team for their advice.
“We eat with our eyes – so the garnishes are designed to look great and compliment the flavours of each gin.”

All gins are served in a gold-trimmed, heavy glass goblet with garnishes.
Steve hopes that the success and popularity of Gin & Juice on Park Street will drive other independent businesses, bars and restaurants to open up nearby.
He added: “Gin & Juice is proof that a small, independent business can make a mark on the city. We hope that this is the start of Park Street’s revival.
“It has an easy-going, safe and friendly atmosphere, and I think that’s what our visitors love most.
“The demographic is very broad and our team is very diverse. I think we reflect Bristol as a whole.
Whilst the past year has been difficult for business, Gin & Juice is now back and thriving.

“Business has been tough during the pandemic, as we don’t have much outdoor seating,” Steve said.
“But since Freedom Day, it’s been fantastic and busy. We can’t wait to welcome newcomers and regulars over the summer.”
