Singer Liam Payne has announced his latest performing date for fans as he ditches in-person concerts for a live-stream.
The music artist, who made a name for himself on ITV’s The X Factor more than a decade ago as a band member of One Direction, has confirmed his upcoming performance and it won’t be to adoring fans at a huge human gig.
Instead, four rising newcomers will join the star as he streams to excited fans worldwide on the online platform, Veeps.

Thousands are expected to buy tickets for the event, with many hoping to catch a glimpse of Liam during the performances.

The Liam Payne Here’s to the Future Show is taking place on Saturday, July 31, 2021 from 8pm BST.
To get access to the live-stream on Veeps, you’ll have to buy tickets for the event on their website. They cost, at the moment, $15 each.
That will get you access to the Liam Payne performance and those of the rising newcomers the star has lined-up to sing as well.
Who is performing on Here’s to the Future Show with Liam Payne?
Four newcomers to the music world have been lined-up by the One Direction star to perform during the live-stream.
They include 21-year-old British artist Olivia Dean from London. As a teenager, she was accepted into the prestigious BRIT school where she focused on honing her songwriting and performance skills. Her music explores the themes of misogyny, self-empowerment and independence.
Marion Jola, who’s 22 and from Kupang in Indonesia, is also in the line-up. She performed on Indonesian Idol in 2018, finishing in sixth place. Her debut track was released later that year.
Sam Macpherson, who’s 23 and from New Jersey in the USA, will also be featured on the live-stream. He’s a singer-songwriter and takes inspiration from his childhood to develop his voice.
Finally, Jessia, who’s 21 and from Vancouver in Canada, will also perform at the event. She was inspired to pursue music after growing up around a music teacher mum. She subsequently learnt to play the guitar and began songwriting.

Liam Payne decided to perform on Veeps during the coronavirus pandemic as a way of keeping his fans up-to-date with what he was doing and maintaining some sort of human connection.
He has so far performed five times on the platform, with his performances attracting around 200,000 people globally.
