This is the experience that Pamela Price offers to campers who book a campsite in her garden.
Pamela decided to start renting her garden in 2012, “because it was there and it seemed a shame she having this beautiful garden in the middle of London.”
She read about camping in gardens in the paper and decided to give it a go.
In Pamela’s garden, there is space for “two, possibly three” tents, but since Covid, lockdown and a change of operator, “it’s kind of reduced considerably”.
Throughout the years, the garden has been “very, very popular”.
With trellis and greenery, beehives and plants and trees, Pamela’s garden is an outdoorsy haven in the middle of London.
The outdoorsy bit can throw some people off, with some campers having issues with London foxes.
